Abstract: The use of ballast (50g, 100g, 150g or 200g weights) on the forefoot during training modifies the biomechanics of the race by modifying the muscular activity and the plantar support of the foot on the ground.
Abstract : El uso de lastre (pesas de 50g, 100g, 150g o 200g) en el antepié durante el entrenamiento modifica la biomecánica de la carrera modificando la actividad muscular y el soporte plantar del pie en el suelo.
