Abstract: This project was born as a result of the concern that the Sevilla Respira Association, has in promoting good control of Asthma in patients who suffer from it. There are many studies that show that Respiratory Physiotherapy significantly improves asthma exacerbations and contributes to a more stable maintenance of this disease. But from the National Social Security System, in the vast majority of respiratory Rehabilitation services, access to these services for patients with "Severe Asthma" is not protocolized, being prioritized patients with COPD and/or with other respiratory diseases. This lack is what this project tries to supply.

Introduction
Physiotherapy gives us basic and simple tools to stimulate and improve the function of breathing. But if we complement this work through sensory-motor stimulation and with an integrating and holistic approach, we will be able to connect and stimulate the nervous system with the ability to breathe. Patients with respiratory pathology usually have the self-image of limited breathing due to crises and the disease itself. This leaves a mark in the brain that somehow limits the ability to improve function. The work of the neuromovement that we achieve with the Feldenkrais Method is to create a new learning space that will facilitate new neural connections, improving that way the organization of movement as well as the connection and the integration of breathing and self-image.
Objectives
· To stimulate the connection of the respiratory system with: the spine, the pelvic, cervical, respiratory and cranial diaphragms and the release of the voice.
· To improve the function of breathing: Recovering the connection and movement of the diaphragm with the rib cage, connecting and elasticizing the lungs; improving posture
· To release the upper respiratory tract through its connection with the mouth, tongue, neck and throat.
· To improve body schema and self-image. Regaining confidence in the act of breathing, learning to manage crises
· To improve stress and anxiety
· To integrate healthy habits: Improving the respiratory gesture in the activities of daily life and creating protocols for its care
Aimed at people with severe asthma and other respiratory pathologies.
19 people participated
Methodology
Face-to-face and online methodology:
2 face-to-face workshops of 3 hours, as the opening and closing of the project.
3 workshops of 2 hours online.
A weekly online class, during the 7 months that the project lasted.
Recording material for the participants.
Results
Due to the pandemic, we were unable to make an assessment with technical indicators: such as spirometry and we used a qualitative assessment survey of the degree of satisfaction
100% of the participants can apply the acquired knowledge on a daily basis.
They improve:
77.8% LIGHTNESS AND FREEDOM IN MOVEMENTS IN GENERAL
72.2% FREEDOM IN THE MOVEMENT OF RIBS AND DIAPHRAGM
61.1% TRANQUILITY
50% BETTER OXYGENATION
44.4% SLEEP AND PAIN
5.6% NOTHING
Discussion
Even without having the resources to make technical assessments, the difficulties of the online environment and the health of some participants; the feedback of improvement in the change in breathing and in its nervous system, after almost all sessions, show that neuromovement helps in improving the function of breathing.
Conclusion
Sensorimotor stimulation influences the improvement of movement and learning, helping to expand awareness and body scheme, thus improving the function of breathing.
