    Abstract: Scientific evidence suggests that regular physical exercise in people with multiple sclerosis (MS) has beneficial effects. The objective of this prospective experimental analytical study was to investigate the effects of a therapeutic outdoor exercise program supplemented with health education on resistance during walking, quality of life related to health, quality of sleep, the impact of Fatigue and adherence to treatment in MS.

    Abstract : La evidencia científica sugiere que el ejercicio físico regular en personas con esclerosis múltiple (PcEM) tiene efectos beneficiosos. El objetivo de este estudio analítico experimental prospectivo fue investigar los efectos de un programa de ejercicio terapéutico realizado al aire libre complementado con educación sanitaria sobre la resistencia durante la marcha, la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud, la calidad del sueño, el impacto de la fatiga y la adherencia al tratamiento en PcEM.
