Abstract: Patients with vestibular disease suffer from impaired spatial perception and stability. It is associated with an increased risk of falls, decreasing Independence, and causing of decrease in quality of life. Vestibular physiotherapy is applied to patients with balance disorders of vestibular origin; it is based on neuroplasticity and its objective is compensation. The value in healthcare includes clinical effectiveness, the benefits obtained, and the patient experience. The latter is increasingly recognized as a crucial element in the provision of health care and the quality of general health services.

Hypothesis
The population is not aware of the benefits of vestibular physiotherapy and the value of physiotherapeutic interventions is not identified. The value of physiotherapeutic interventions in vestibular rehabilitation can be measured by creating a questionnaire based on the patient's experience.
Objectives
The main objective is to determine the degree of knowledge that patients have of vestibular physiotherapy. Secondly, to identify the value of physiotherapeutic interventions and to know the experience of patients to obtain indicators that allow generating an evaluation in PREM format.
Material and methods
This is a qualitative phenomenological study, based on a semi-structured interview. 9 patients did vestibular physiotherapy treatment in the last 6 months, and 4 of them agreed to participate in the study.
An interview with open questions was administered where the patient explained his knowledge about vestibular physiotherapy, his experience during his rehabilitation process, and ordered, according to the importance he gave it, different interventions that occurred during treatment.
Results and conclusions
All of them had previous knowledge about physiotherapy, but they mention the lack of knowledge of the specialties.
The three best-valued interventions, in order, are the kindness and empathy shown by the physiotherapist, their ability to explain the pathophysiology and the treatment, and the resolution of doubts where everyone reports an excellent experience.
The interventions of least value are the waiting time (approximately 10 months between diagnosis and the start of treatment) and lastly, for 75% of those interviewed, the results were obtained.
It is impressive that they gave more importance to the treatment of the physiotherapist and the information received over the results obtained, although these improved their functionality. That is why the evaluation of the patient experience must become a routine for the organizations to identify the needs of a service and the priorities of the patient.
