Abstract: Study conducted in high-intensity healthy athletes. The ecographic results have been compared between the conventional massage of the hamstrings for the muscular discharge and the discharge treatment with the Physium System® medical device. This device performs a pulsed negative pressure controlled without pain. The echographic variables studied are: the thickness of the semitendinous muscle and the angle of pennation of the long portion of the femoral biceps. In addition, In addition, the distance fingers ground has been recorded. There has been immediate control and late control at 24h.
