Abstract: Musculoskeletal pain accounts for 40% of primary care consultations in Spain. Routine data from the Primary and Community Care Physiotherapy program (FISIOAPiC) of the Catalan Health Institute (ICS) enable real-world effectiveness evaluation using validated PROMs (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures): EuroQol-5D-5L (quality of life), Roland-Morris (low back pain), Northwick Park (neck pain), and SPADI (Shoulder Pain and Disability Index; shoulder pain).
Abstract : ----El dolor musculoesquelético genera el 40% de las consultas en atención primaria en España. Los datos rutinarios del programa Fisioterapeuta de Atención Primaria y Comunitaria (FISIOAPiC) del Institut Català de la Salut (ICS) permiten evaluar la efectividad en condiciones reales mediante PROMs (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures; medidas de resultado reportadas por el paciente) validados: EuroQol-5D-5L (calidad de vida), Roland-Morris (dolor lumbar), Northwick Park (dolor cervical) y SPADI (Shoulder Pain and Disability Index; dolor de hombro).
