Abstract: Person-centered care constitutes one of the pillars of contemporary musculoskeletal practice. While patient preferences may influence recruitment, adherence, satisfaction and clinical outcomes, they continue to be underrepresented in randomized clinical trials. The preference assessments offer methodological alternatives to integrate these preferences without renouncing scientific rigor.
Abstract : L'atenció centrada en la persona constitueix un dels pilars de la pràctica musculoesquelètica contemporània. Tot i que les preferències dels pacients poden influir en el reclutament, l'adherència, la satisfacció i els resultats clínics, continuen estant escassament representades en els assaigs clínics aleatoritzats. Els assajos de preferència ofereixen alternatives metodològiques per integrar aquestes preferències sense renunciar al rigor científic.
